The Center for Rural Policy and Development is seeking qualified organizational applicants to establish and administer Minnesota’s new Rural Wind Energy Development Assistance Program.Established by the Minnesota State Legislature in 2007, the program is designed to provide technical assistance to rural entities, both public and private, that wish to develop wind energy electric generation projects for the purpose of selling the energy to an electric utility through a power purchasing agreement.
